Home for the Holidays incentive amount is specified on COA#1 of the contract. The credit issued will not exceed that amount. Incentives are limited to the following amounts for non-contingent contracts: $3000 for Garden, $5500 for Woodland or Highland, and $7500 for Countryside. Credit not valid on closing costs or base price. Incentive amounts for contingent contracts are as follows: $2000 for Garden, $3000 for Woodland or Highland, and $5000 for Countryside. Contingencies on contracts written for new home construction during the promotional period must be lifted by 2/05/2019 and completely ratified by 2/10/2019, in order to redeem credit.
