Veteran’s Day Savings incentive amount is specified on COA#1 of the contract. The credit issued will not exceed that amount. Incentives are limited to the following amounts: $2500 for Garden, $5000 for Woodland and $7500 for Countryside if you have not served or are not currently serving in the Military. If you are Active, National Guard, Reserve, Retired Military or a Veteran, incentives are limited to the following amounts: $5000 for Garden, $10,000 for Woodland and $15,000 for Countryside. Must show Military ID card or 214 form with honorable discharge at time of contract signing. Credit not valid on closing costs or base price. Contingencies on contracts written for new home construction during the promotional period must be lifted by 1/10/2018 and completely ratified by 1/15/2018, in order to redeem credit.
